Albert "Vision" Williams Black Lives Matter Panels
The Collection Consists of 3 works, created by Albert "Vision" Williams on the temporary construction walls surrounding the United State Chamber of Commerce Building located at 1615 H Street, NW. The works were created during the civil unrest in the days following the death of George Floyd on May 25, 2020.
Ethel James Williams Papers
The collection consists of annual reports, correspondence, publications, and ephemera pertaining to Williams’ work with the D.C. Commission for Women and the Southeast Neighborhood House. Significant items include the dissertation “African American Women in Social Reform, Welfare, and Activism: Southeast Settlement House, Washington, DC 1950-1970” by Stephanie Yvette Felix; the event program for Ethel James Williams Day; and DC Commission for Women annual reports.
Paul K. Williams House History Collection
The collection consists of 585 house history folders of homes in the District of Columbia. The folders contain housing permit records, historical information about the house and its prior owners. The Collection has a digital copy of basic data of the house histories on an external hard drive.
Wire Service Photographs Collection
This collection contains 223 photographs and multiple clippings of political figures, congressional hearings, individuals from Washington D.C., the Capitol Building, as well as hearings and protests related to the Lend-Lease Act of 1941.
Gus L. Wolf Photograph Collection
The collection consists of twenty-seven glass plate negatives and corresponding 8x10 black & white prints, dating from circa 1880-1900. Image subjects include the Jefferson Building of the Library of Congress, U.S. Capitol, Lafayette Park, Mount Vernon, and the Petersen House. Additionally there are several images of what is believed to be the Potomac River, as well as a number of unidentifiable locations.

Women’s City Club of Washington, D.C. Collection
Records from the Women’s City Club of Washington, DC extend from 1924 through 1983. The collection contains by-laws, annual reports, monthly bulletins, programs, and yearbooks. Significant items in the collection are the twentieth anniversary yearbook and bulletin containing highlights, reminiscences, and the history of the club from 1919 through 1939.

The materials are primarily meeting minutes of the Women's City Club of Washington, D.C. from 1919 through 1972. Also included are scrapbooks, photographs, clippings, and administrative records which document the Club's founding and activities.

The Woodridge Book Club collection consists of yearly handbooks from 1931 through 1964. Significant items in the collection are handbooks covering China and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) during the years of 1942 through 1946.
H.D. Woodson and Metropolitan A.M.E. Church Collection
This collection consists of materials found in the former home of Howard D. Woodson, including personal documents from his time in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and items from when he served as the superintendent of Sunday school at the Metropolitan A. M. E. Church in Washington, D.C. Example materials include a commencement program, treasurer reports, a tax levy, monthly reports, class lists, teaching aides, annual reports, construction quotes and contracts, invoices, and speeches.
