The Static Disruptors was a go-go band founded in the 1980s by Craig Rosen. The Craig Rosen and the Static Disruptors D.C. Groove Collection documents the band's career and place in the go-go and hardcore punk scenes in Washington D.C. in the 1980s. Included in the collection are vinyl LPs, cassette tapes, DVDs, and audiotapes. Also included are correspondence, photographs, clippings, and other memorabilia.

The Go-Go Museum & Café and partners collected 11 oral histories, produced two go-go concerts, and organized a major conference on go-go: “Go-Go Preservation Week 2021” in collaboration with the Traditional Arts DC project at Howard University. The Go-Go-Preservation Week panel discussions, concerts, and oral history collections.

Materials include live and studio recordings of Go-Go performances; periodicals and article clippings about Go-Go performers, music, and culture; academic works regarding Go-Go; and ephemera related to Go-Go music and performances.
