Scope and Contents
This collection comprises materials that are related to go-go music and go-go musicians, particularly artists whose music was distributed and promoted by Liaison Records. Materials include correspondence, fliers and promotional materials, ephemera, photographs, and periodical and newspaper clippings on go-go music, performers, events and culture.

This series includes CD and cassette inserts of various music albums including Chuck Brown and Eva Cassidy, Backyard Band, Critical Condition Band, Huck-A-Bucks, Northeast Groovers, Proper Utensils, Pure Elegance, Rare Essence and compilations of various artists on CD and cassette including some Christmas Go-Go collections.
The Rare Essence memorabilia includes stickers, a concert ticket stub and a badge and lanyard for a Howard Theatre show with Rare Essence and Trouble Funk.
