This collection comprises 44 issues of the "Mount Pleasant Bulletin Board" neighborhood newsletter from early 1991 to 1996, with some editions missing. This newsletter was published by Mount Pleasant resident Bonnie Cain. It reflects many of the activities occurring in this Washington, DC neighborhood at that time.
