Provenance
Signs, posters, and artwork were added to the temporary construction walls surrounding the United States Chamber of Commerce Building beginning in late May 2020 during the activities following the death of George Floyd. The panels were removed by the US Chamber of Commerce in August of 2020 and placed in storage until their transfer to the Library in late December of 2020. Three panels with original artwork created by Albert "Vision" Williams, which were part of the original transfer, were purchased from the artist in early 2021 by the DCPL Foundation and ownership was transferred to The People's Archive thereafter.
