In September 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Cedric Carter found a way to safely bring a group of people together to do two activities, socialize and Hand Dance. Cedric shares his story about his life in Washington, D.C. He discusses his current work for his community. A lover of and advocate for D.C. Hand Dance, Cedric shares how he was able to help provide his service to the Hand Dance community during the 2020 pandemic.
