Abstract

This oral history interview was a follow-up to a previous interview on June 6, 2019 conducted with Tobin Smith by Stephanie Mills Trice. Tobin Smith recalls Fort Totten being a peaceful community that no one heard of until the subway came. He discusses time with friends playing, partying, riding his bike downtown D.C., attending UDC, and having a career in the television industry.
