Raymond Coates was involved in the early development of the Collaborative movement, specifically the North Capitol Collaborative. Raymond describes the evolution of his involvement with the Collaboratives to eventually include his time with E/BFSC.

The collection consists of 585 house history folders of homes in the District of Columbia. The folders contain housing permit records, historical information about the house and its prior owners. The Collection has a digital copy of basic data of the house histories on an external hard drive.
