Choral Society of Washington Collection
The materials included in this collection are: clippings, bulletins, correspondence, programs, tickets, financial records, meeting minutes, and printed items. The “Book of Blanks” contains an example of each item printed by the Society (programs, tickets, form letters, etc.), the number ordered, and the cost to the Society. With the exception of one folder of the earliest meeting minutes, all materials are located in bound volumes. These bound volumes have been placed in acid-free boxes
Cleveland Park Garden Club Collection
Records from the Cleveland Park Garden Club extend from 1953 through 1984. The collection contains correspondence, financial materials, meeting minutes, by-laws, membership lists, and newsletters. Significant items in the collection are a letter signed by First Lady Claudia Alta “Lady Bird” Johnson and the Garden Club scrapbook highlighting various projects undertaken by the group. Included are articles from the Washington Post and photographs of members and club projects.

The collection consists of 16 8x10 inch black and white images shot by Frederick Figall. The images are of the exterior and interior of the Colony Theatre, which was located 4921 Georgia Avenue NW in the Petworth neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Columbian Harmony and Payne's Cemetery Ledgers Collection
The ten ledgers were organized in chronological order based on the first entry in each book. Information found in the ledgers includes: name of deceased, plot location, and date of burial.

The collection consists of background research materials gathered for issues of the Columbian Newspaper. Included in the materials are correspondence, clippings, press releases, photographs, government documents, publications, reports, flyers, legal pleadings, and handwritten notes. The folders are arranged alphabetically by topic.
