Biographical / Historical
Paul E. Sluby, Sr. was born in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania on November 23, 1934. Mr. Sluby retired from the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police. He was a certified genealogist as well as a legal researcher and historian. Mr. Sluby died on March 27, 2019.
