The Anotnelli Football Film Collection containes nine 16mm films of football games and trainings in Washington, D.C. The majority of the films were shot between 1950 and 1955. Most of the film are of high school football games, including Calvin Coolidge High School, Chamberlain Vocational High School, St. John's College High School, Theodore Roosevelt High School, and Woodrow Wilson High School . Many films were shot at the Theodore Roosevelt High School Stadium or Woodrow Wilson High School. Two films capture the District Interhigh football champion 1953 game between Theodore Roosevelt High School and Anacostia High School at Griffith Stadium. Also included are four of a six part series of football training films created by the United States Military Academy at West Point football program. The collection also contains five 1.5 inch film strips of Life of Louis Pasteur, How to Live Long, Robert Koch, Florence Nightingale, Edward L. Trudeau.
