Scope and Contents
This sub-series includes 94 DVD/CDs, 27 floppy disks, and 1 SD card. The DVD/CDs store digital-born or digitized materials such as photos, videos, text and PowerPoint documents, and PDFs of Manon Cleary’s life and artwork. Access to a disk containing a copy of Manon Cleary’s death certificate has been restricted. The content on the floppy disks and SD card remain un-reviewed because of the lack of proper technology that can read them.

Conditions Governing Access
University of the District of Columbia Student records and District of Columbia vital records are restricted due to District law and privacy concerns. Restrictions for these records will be lifted on January 1, 2089. This restriction applies to boxes 38 and 39 (Series 7, University of the District of Columbia, sub-seriers 6 Restricted) and the materials in Box 89, containing a CD containing a death certificate (Series 15, audiovisual, sub-series 4, digitial materials) among other items.
