Education Strategies for Area B Children - correspondence, 1972 - 1973
Scope and Contents
The Daniels family was highly educated and many, like Ophelia, Arnold, and William, worked in public schools. This series includes materials from schools the family members attended, such as Canisius College, Howard University, Johnson C. Smith University, LaSalle Laboratory School, and Tennessee State University, as well as schools the Daniels family worked in, such as Sharpe Health School, Langston High School, and Noyes Elementary School. Education-related printed materials and publications are also featured in this sub-series as well. While a majority of the materials span the 1960s to the 1970s, records from Langston High School are from the 1920s until the 1980s.
