From the Series:

Series contains five bound volumes of papers assembled by Latimer and bound by the DC Public Library. The fourth volume contains a copy of “The Little Child’s Artist,” article in Horn Book Magazine (May-June 1941) about illustrator Leslie Brooke. There are two topics covered in the bound volume titled “Controversial Matters:” “Father Finn’s Books,” regarding literary merit and “The Taxpayer and Reading For Young People,” regarding librarians in schools.
