Bobbie Jean Wills was born November 1st, 1947 in Washington, DC. She comes from a very strict but loving family that includes her mother, father and younger sister. Going to church was the highlight of Ms. Will’s childhood. She is a mother of four sons and two daughters. Ms. Wills has lost loved ones to gun violence and cancer but stays at peace in her mind and continues to live a wholesome life.
