Plaintiff’s Application for a Three-judge District Court, Undated
Scope and Contents
The documents include approximately one-third of the materials at the time of the donation, which are before the U.S. District Court for D.C. The collection does not contain procedural documents and related documents such as “Friends of the Court” filings nor rebuttal arguments concerning the plaintiffs’ application for a 3-Judge court since the application was granted by the Court. Also included are the original complaint, motions by various defendants to dismiss, oppositions to those motions, motions for summary judgment, and affidavits by historians Kenneth R. Bowling and Howard Gillette. An annotated index to the complete set of documents prepared by Mr. LaRouche is contained in the collection. The documents are arranged chronologically with the index appearing first.
